Ep 243 How to Better Lead Yourself ft. Annie Yatch

Where there is no vision, the people perish. —Proverbs 29:18

Whether we realize it or not, we are all leaders. Some of us may be in a position of leading hundreds if not thousands of other people while others just a handful.

But to be truly good as a leader you must first get great at leading one person, yourself.

Leadership begins with the person you see in the mirror every single day and the decisions made and actions taken by that person. Decisions and actions taking us closer to or further from our vision for our lives.

Our guest today on SBD is Annie Yatch, Chief Transformation Officer

and co-founder of Seal Team Leaders. Annie and her team focus their training on communication, feedback systems, and accountability processes that create the most sustainable fulfillment and success for all.

In the words of the amazing Craig Groeschel, “Everyone wins when the leader gets better.”

“Our biggest pain and trauma are actually the source of your greatest lesson and your greatest calling. Once you identify what this trauma is and do some work on it, you can step more into the calling or the reason why you are here.”
